Hi All,

Name is Ben from the Gold Coast.
This is my 2002 Satria GTi. Not a lot done to it at the moment. Just exhaust, extractors and custom gauge holder.

Future plans, will be getting a few handling bits in the next few weeks and hope to upgrade the exhaust with a new muffler etc. Then work on the interior a bit more.

Cheers mate, they are a quick little car for what they are. Specially through corners.

For sure mate, keen to check it out, hard to find parts to suit these cars locally in Australia.

they priced me a full rebuild capable of a healthy number of killer wasps for 5500 which is pretty good

yeah, they are quite well priced for their parts.

Looking at the fuel pressure regulator etc to help with a flat spot the proton has.

maybe, proton designed the engine to be fuel efficent, so if you put the foot down, it basically starves the engine of fuel and doesn't really go anywhere lol

Well tinkered with the car a little over the weekend just gone. Painted a few interior bits. Ran out of paint lol so will finish it off later and give the console a few more coats.
