I really wouldn't be running it without a tune dude you could do alot of damage very quickly.

8 psi from that blower on that motor will be a big ask, do you have a small enough pulley? Will the blower cope with the revs for 8psi?

Looks pretty neat sitting in there, yeah a tune would be needed considering the increased air flowing compared to the fuel going, could be running a tad lean.

If someone quickly looked in the engine bay that could almost miss the blower sitting there, be good to see how well it improves the engine's performance.

You can get phenolic (sp) spacers for your intake manifold and plenum which might help with intake temps from http://www.maceengineering.com.au/

ok update i have brought a pre tuned mamcal from a bloke on just commodores its tuned for 6psi an 20lb injectors off the v8 and i have also fitted a bored out fuel rail and malpassi rising rate reg set to 51psi as told.it runs well and its give's it a big gain over stock now so in a few weeks i shall be ready to hit the strip and make a full run this time lol will post pic's asap

Yeah mate the old ones out of my VN. They'd be pretty old but worked fine AFAIK before I blew the motor.....unless that's why it went bang hahaha. Maybe good for a recondition perhaps.

ok wagon is all stock apart from msd coils and cai oh and shift kit and corvett servo in gearbox took it to drags last night got a best of 16.0 so im happy for a car that wieghs almost as much as a light truck and is almost stock runs a good time

took it off im selling it to buy rockers and an n/a chip

not with a v6 man ya ut 1.98 mace rockers and a tuned chip i will see more power then 4psi would give me

ahh okay then. you going pre-tuned chip or getting the delco reflashed?

Yeah man I'll rock up to a meet when I get my car back lol. I've still got the injectors so when I go to a meet I'll bring them with me. Glad you sold the blower, they suck balls on big engines. The Fit rockers should be good, kinda like going a small cam.
