| cool drive and ashdowns dont sell reconditioned starters (i don't think so anyway) your best bet will be to remove your motor and take it to dowkers for them to overhaul it for you. | |

| Yeah I've hit a snag. It seems there is a Brace for the intake mani that I need to remove. Motor is disconnected just got to get it out of the engine bay. I've wd-40'd the bolts on the brace but I haven't been able to get them undone. Damn girly arms haha | |

| Breaker bars are good but can be hard to get in to place, Try hooking a second spanner on the back of the first one to give more leaverage. Use the ring end on the bolt, then the ring end from the second can hook over the open end of the first if that makes sence to you. | |

| Also an impact screwdriver with a fitting is good for cracking the tension on seized bolts, if all else fails, cut the head of the bolt off and punch the rest of it through....... given that is is a non-threaded hole, if it is then yeh could be interesting. | |
