Townsville p*sses me off....
Some gutless piece of sh*t has just gouged a chunk out of the side of my car with a beer bottle and because they are low life scum they took off before I could go out there and kick their kitteh....
Now I have a big chunk out of my paintwork and I have no idea who did it or why...didn't even see the car...
Townsville really p*sses me off with all these cowardly acts (coining paintwork, egging cars, etc)...doesn't anyone have a pair of balls in this town....if someone has a problem with me or my car....be a man and say so not throw a beer bottle at it......
or worse, someone was bored/drunk and thought it would be funny...
and this is at 6:30pm for f*cks sake....
I have had to park the car on the road as we are getting our driveway redone....and i was worried that something like this would happen at 3am one morning....after all this is townsville the home of the gutless wonders....but not in the early evening
So now my car is covered in beer and with a gouge in the paint....the car is less than 6 months old....

anyway now that i have that off my chest...
i will just have to wait till morning to see just how bad the damage is

I suggest you wash the beer off now, that puppy aint good after a night of baking on.

yeah i have washed it off already...luckily i take great care of the paintwork (layers of OCW) so a simple hose down and it was back to new....except for the bloody great gouge in the paintwork

I got a similar story but doesn't direct apply to me, last night about 2am was fast asleep at our new place and then we woke up to the dreaded sound of tyres screeching and then smash. Before I got a chance to correlate what happened and have a look I heard a car gun it down the street past my house and towards the end of the street, didn't catch a glimpse of it but I knew straight away they had done a runner after having an accident. Before the missus could say anything I was downstairs getting into the car to check out what happened, only to find the accident was 2 doors down from me. The car that ran off had run into the back of a 4wd parked in the street somehow. Funnily enough they left a passenger mirror and a puppy load of coolant on the road, looking at the coolant marks they drove up the wrong side of the road and through a roundabout the wrong way and then went right at the next roundabout the wrong way all whilst dumping coolant on the road. My assumption was this, they were drunk.

The behaviour led straight to the conclusion.

Today I found a White VT Commodore at a nearby house with a tarp over it with major frontal damage to it.

Main reason I went out was purely because the car ran from the accident scene, I didn't know if there were any other people involved (fortunately not) and luckily I didn't get my hands on whoever is responsible. There are far too many callous and gutless people that do puppy to other peoples property and then flee like little pussies unable to accept their own actions.

Something I had to add considering the nature of the thread.

Oh and Police are involved with this problem so hopefully there is a nice outcome for the neighbours.

yeah now that i have calmed down a bit i suppose it is the best that i didn't get my hands on them as it would probably me who would have ended up in lockup... lol

its pretty disgusting to think my parents moved here from sydney to escape this sort of thing its pretty sad that this sort of thing happens in a place that most of us try to consider to be paradise. i hope justice is brought upon people like this and im sorry to hear about your vw mate i hope it gets sorted out soon for you

You get this puppy everywhere. People just have no respect for anyone or there stuff anymore. To say it was P platers is a bit simple minded though. I know of plenty of people who are mid twenties that still do this kind of puppy.
Could also be kids. You will never know.

Sucks to hear about your car man. Its puppy that it happened on one of the few times you don't have the girl garaged. but thems the brakes.

I just hate townsville drivers in general. I wish I was buff so I could at least look threatening when I tell them they're wrong

I was born in Townsville and only ever spent a few years out when I was young, it is tragic that it is turning into a big city. With the increase in population you get an increas of penisheads and more and more of this puppy will keep happening. You never had to lock your car in the past, now you need the best alarm money could buy
