Ah god damnit, went to drop the coolant in my car and the plastic drain plug snapped. I cbf dropping a rad hose at the moment cause then I have to jack the car. Guess making a new shroud can wait lol

Ian at Aitkinvale was not happy that the water pipe broke, and wanted to sort all the problems out with the car. I made it evident that i was not happy they fitted the non-functioning turbo. Ian got a tow truck to bring my car round and will fix the coolant pipe and turbo issues at no cost. In the mean while i got them to replace the brake rotors and pads, although I will have to pay for those.

Ah that's very good of them, I've had mixed thoughts over them with what happened to my car, but overall I think its been out of their hands. What do you mean by non functioning turbo btw?

Thats good news chris. At least they acknowledge the problem. You will make good power after this.

It works, just the exhaust housing is far too big for the turbine wheel.

Its excellent news. Cant wait to get the car back, they suggested 2 weeks, which sounds kinda long to just replace an exhaust housing for the most popular consumer turbo Garret make and sell. Parts should be in stock at MTQ?
It was spirit of the moment, i didn't plan on bringing the car in, but Ian insisted it be brought in.
