Rust?

Nah not much, I am lucky, Cadillac was nice and finished the main seam across the roof, but they forgot to do the corners, all the welds are finished, just deep grinding marks...

Thats all the easy part, its the 34 year old contact cement holding it on..

About 1/16th done now, will be back to metal paint job shortly, so carby cleaner takes the glue off easiest, and bonus takes off paint...

Only a couple small bits of rust around the windows, most of them are just surface. but roof lining is going to have to come out for the ones that are cancer

Good luck with that. I've scrapped a vinyl roof before. Not fun.

im missing 3 out of 8 exhaust manifold nuts for the junk..

I'm in total shock. I just pulled my water pump/housing in under half an hour everything came out like it was supposed to for a change wtf is going on, no seized bolts/nuts nothing

When it comes to cars there is not usualy ever 1 good thing. It may come out easy, but it wont go back in easy.

Well that's what im worried about lol. I decided ill take the housing to work tomorrow and paint it so ill find out tuesday arvo how this turns out

What's even worse is when my wife hints for me to introduce her (becuase she is extremly shy) to a passer by at work... and I've only EVER heard him refered to and heard him to be called by his nickname "sparkles"... for the last 4 yrs that I"ve known him... which didn't seem to be a problem until now.

Another one I hate is when I have to write someone's name on a document and they are standing there... I've seen em round a billion times... and they always call me by my name... I'm standing here waiting for their name to pop into my head... I can feel their eyes burning into my face as I stand here holding the pen to the page... they are hanging me out to dry... Don't let them find out you've forgotten their name Ben... don't... you can do it... just trick them into giving their name to you... ask a question to trick them...into..giving...their name....to...you...

Actually it was easy for me anyways.... in retrospect maybe I should of pushed n Carrie-ann could have started it...

Alternators are a bain of my exsistance. Every car I have had has busted at least 1. I do belive Cooldrive have alternators. Maybe hit up Troy for a replacement unit.

Haha that's one thing I've actually not had a problem with is an alternator. Man being at work sucks I want the weekend back

Bah, have about 1/4 of the glue from the vinyl off... Found a bit of a cancer on the rear quarter around the window Not much else tho, fairly happy with it.

Look for ashdowns in the yellow pages, cheapest alternaters in town. Usually a hundred or so dollars cheaper for holden ones and about $450 cheaper for Suzuki ones compared to genuine price.
