unless the bearings go through the s/c into your motor i can't see a drama...

it seizes it will blow the belt and take the other belts with its and it will run rich as the car will still read boost but there will be none

I cant see a problem then.
If the belts go, ill just get on a tow truck.

Just buy some spare accesories belts just in case.

where is the bearing that is damaged? is it inside the charger or is it isolated from the internals?

its just the external pulley.

oh ok, be careful, if the bearing lets go there could be a possibility of it damaging the shaft of the charger......

Oh i respect them and know they are doing a job, i just avoid them because there is a few issues with my car i know are wrong and haven't fixed yet. I would have been alot poorer had they got me

If I was defected last night I would have nothing to whine about, but the fact remains they let me go yet picked on a skyline that was in a much more legal and roadworthy state than my car because they are stereotyping hoons. I've been deservedly fined for speeding before and had no argument, but I've also been fined for things which were not my fault (such as failure to give way to a red light runner who plowed into my car).

I have never implied and never will that cops (or anyone for that matter) are all bad by nature, there are good and bad cops. The thing that my being let off obviously shows is that that have to much power to fine, arrest and charge and not enough knowledge and training to actually justify the decisions they make.
