Just spotted a silver late model liberty turbo pulling over some guy in an R31.

i got pulled over by the same liberty last night sneaky bastards

Hahaah and by the time you commit it to memory it would have been rotated back down south and swapped with a diff car. sneaky bastards indeed!

Best to treat all cars on the road as cop cars.

As a side note, gave the car its first waxing, about 2 hours it took me, and im exhausted.

Also, got the internet hooked up at the new place, all is well once again.

Result is superb, bit difficult to improve on dis-colouration, but it did a pretty damn good job.

Just got back from Aitkenvale Auto for a final quote before it goes in for work. Unfortunately the main guy was on lunch, so hopefully he gets back to me later this afternoon.

The man just is. He is a mechanic and works behind the counter to me that says he was too dangerous to work on the shop floor. And that theroy was confirmed by someone that works there.

Well I'd rather a mechanic behind the counter than some sheila (unless she is smoking hot). And I'm pretty sure he still works on the cars judging by the grease on his hands. All I know is he's been helpful in sorting out my clutch dramas, talking to various suppliers etc.

Ian is also a very good bloke too, just that these days you don't see too much of him there.

Theres nothing wrong with it dude, and I don't think anyone was saying there was? But then again, when it comes to me, ignorance is bliss so i miss things.

Yeah well i find the girls at avale more usefull. Wasn't having a digg at mechanics for working behind counters, i think its a good idea when they know what they are talking about. I think my problems with thomas were more his lack of understanding rotarys. Ie i went in there to get some advice on fuel system upgrades told him i was looking at 1700cc injectors, he told me that was ridiculous at 800cc would more than suffice and blah blah blah. Note i have 1700cc injectors in the car now. He also called me and told me my car was ready he just had to do the invoice at midday one day. I didnt get the car till 5.30 because he couldn't get a simple invoice done.

I'm not bagging the joint, they have worked on my car since I had it and will continue to do so.
