Yeah I got the new clutch in a while ago now and started throwing diff mounts, was a real pain in the ass but it's solid as back there now pretty well solid mounted lol. Just sent the wastegate back to dysons overnight today, So hopefully have a working one in there by the end of the week

Does it rev over 7k or did they just cut the run short?? Cause even my 1.3L can rev to 8.600. Otherwise tidy rig mate.

Its limited at 8k at the moment, rotors don't need to rev much harderwhen they gonna be running 18psi of boost =D

Yeah it is good meeting up with some different people. Problem with up here at least there is a blurred identity between those who are enthusiasts and do what they can to support the right thing when it comes to modified cars, and then you have another crowd that call themselves enthusiasts and go about breaking every rule in the book and playing sooky la-la's. I don't get out much anymore, besides local Motorsport events and that's about it

On the topic now, Chris your car looks porn, and hopefully your coil-overs and solid diff mounts don't give the car too much trouble with traction on the drag night, I expect a high 12 and no slower.... hahaha.

Well I'm hoping for a mid 11. Having pulled a 13.5 @104 with 167kw, bumping up to 300 - 320kw should make a big difference, i think the 215/45/17 tyres are going to be the problem. Either way, its going to be alot of fun

Ummn I know they are toyo's but thats it. I normally run goodyear eagle F1 GSD-3 but that last set wore out prematurely and they are 350 a tyre or something, the new ones were 100 each from the second hand shop lol. But yeah provided my car goes well at the mechanics on wednesday im gonna see how she runs. You should put the pulsar down

Get some m/t drag radials from currajong tyres if you want any real semblance of grip at the drags. last set I bought for 15's cost me about $250 each.

Well my car was having no real traction issues at 167kw or at 205, it still barely chirped 2nd at 205. Ill see how it goes when i get it back from the mechanic, if its a major problem ill probably just roll it off the line.

Yeah, the car has got a locker in it and such, but 300kw should overpower all forms of traction haha
